OLIVER (Open Library for Interactive and Virtual Educational Resources) is the institutional repository for open educational resources (OER) of the University of Liège.

OLIVER contains full courses, parts of courses, tutorials, tests, test frameworks, audiovisual resources and other teaching resources, published in open access (under Creatives Commons 4.0) or reserved for the ULiège community (by logging in).

The OLIVER project is part of the European Recovery and Resilience Plan and the institutional governance philosophy for digital technology.
